A Visit from the Rostov University to BTSO

Prof. Dr. İmran Akperov; Rector of the Rostov University of Russia said that Space Training Center to be established in the leadership of Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) is a great acquisition for Turkey and Bursa.

Prof. Dr. İmran Akperov; Rector of the Rostov University which is active in Rostov province of Russia visited BTSO. Rector Mr. Akperov who was hosted by Mr. İlker Duran; Member of the Board of Directors of BTSO and managing directors of the Chamber got information about the activities and projects of BTSO. Mr. İlker Duran; Member of the Board of Directors of BTSO said that they aim to establish a Space Training Center with the support of the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology.

Mr. Duran who told that they want Bursa to become a center in aerospace and defense fields, said that “In this context, we established Aerospace and Defense Clustering. Almost 100 companies are active within this clustering. We want to prompt the power of Bursa in aerospace and defense with foreign and domestic business trips. We aim to reveal the secret power of Bursa. We are open to every type of cooperation and support in this field. Russia has a serious power in the field of aerospace. And as BTSO, we desire to benefit from this experience of Rostov University.”

 “WE WANT TO SUPPORT THE AEROSPACE ACTIVITIES”

Prof. Dr. İmran Akperov; Rector of the Rostov University said that there are almost 17 universities in the province of Rostov. Mr. Akperov who said that they would be able to support BTSO in aerospace and training fields said that “Bursa has a great potential in aerospace field. BTSO Space Training Center Project is a big project for both Bursa and our country. We have had important activities in the space and training fields. We are ready to cooperate with BTSO. We will always support BTSO with the academic staff of our university.”
