Online Appointments at the BTSO Directorate of Trade Registration

The Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) is continuing its efforts to increase the quality of service. The BTSO members will now be able to execute the processes such as new establishment and registration by online appointments to avoid waiting time. 

The BTSO, that has adopted the lean service concept, has introduced an online appointment system so that its member companies can execute the procedures in the shortest period of time. The BTSO members will now be able to execute the processes offered by the Directorate of Trade Registration such as new establishment, opening of branch, moving the head office, registration, change of address, transfer of shares and increase of capital without any waiting time.

HOW TO TAKE ONLINE APPOINTMENTS?
The members willing to take online appointments will be able to take the appointments shortly by visiting the revised www.btso.org.tr, clicking on the ‘Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü Online Randevu Sistemi’ (Directorate of Trade Registration Online Appointment System) or by clicking on the ‘Oda İşlemleri’ (Chamber Processes) on the menu by entering the name, surname, Turkish ID number and e-mail address. The members who activate the appointments via the numbering machine at the Directorate of Trade Registration ten minutes before the appointment can easily execute the processes without waiting. The members who register for the online appointment system by the cell phones by visiting www.btso.org.tr will not lose any time thanks to the system.

Ibrahim Burkay, the President of the Board of Directors of BTSO, declared that they aim higher quality service for the members with the activities carried out and said that the service quality of the Chamber increases every day in order to better serve the members, the Chamber has introduced an electronic appointment system at the Directorate of Trade Registration where in average 5000 procedures are executed monthly and the members can execute the registration and establishment procedures by taking appointments by visiting the revised website which increases the workload of the directorate and saves time of the members.
