Members of the BTSO are at the Largest Franchise Fair of the U.S.A.

Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) has been continuing to meet its members with the leading fair organizations of the World within the scope of the Global Fair Agency Project which is one of the projects of the 16 Macro Projects of the BTSO. The delegation of the BTSO that attended the International Franchise Expo Fair held in New York, U.S.A., with the participation of 450 companies, had the opportunity to have business-to-business (b2b) meetings.

Members of the BTSO showed great interest to the International Franchise Expo Fair which is the largest Fair of the U.S.A. as well being one of the most important fairs in the World in terms of the Franchise sector.

During the Fair in which more than 70 free seminars are held, members of the BTSO had the opportunity to get information from many international companies through b2b meetings. And after the Fair, the delegation came together with the authorities of the MFV company which has been making organizations in franchising field all around the World.

Mr. Cüneyt Şener, Mr. İlker Duran; Members of the Board of Directors of BTSO, Mr. Yusuf Ulçay; Rector of the Uludağ University, Mr. Arif Karademir; Rector of the Bursa Technical University and Mr. Ahmet Akdağ; Manager of KOSGEB Bursa, and representatives of the BTSO-member companies attended the visit. Mr. Cüneyt Şener; Member of the Board of Directors of BTSO made a speech in the meeting and said that “There are different sector representatives in our delegation. Representatives of the companies had the opportunity to see how developed the sector is.

COMPANY VISITS OF THE BTSO DELEGATION

After the visits and meetings at the fair area, delegation in the leadership of Mr. İsmail Kuş; Deputy President of the Board of Directors of BTSO, Mr. Cüneyt Şener, Mr. İlker Duran; Members of the Board of Directors of BTSO visited Impex Global; a company which is active in plastic film, industrial film and packaging sectors and Marin Architect; an architecture company.

İbrahim Burkay; President of the Board of Directors of BTSO has reminded that 23 fairs were held in 2014 within the Global Fair Agency Project,  and said that “We made nearly 4 world round tours last year from U.S.A. to China, from Russia to Germany, from Dubai to Italy together with our 750 companies. And in 2015, we have scheduled 58 fair organizations that will be held in different continents of the world. International Franchise Expo was one of the organizations we have been carrying out with a private airplane for 160 people.”
