Since its establishment, our Chamber has witnessed three different centuries. Through pioneering initiatives spanning production, trade, industry, and exports, as well as landmark projects that have shaped our economic history, it has played a strategic role in Türkiye’s development goals and led our city’s integration with the world.

However, the dynamics of competition are now changing much faster than ever before. Global trade, along with the social and economic structures connected to it, is being reshaped by a technology-driven revolution. Transformations that once took decades are now occurring within just a few years.

Our foremost goal is to ensure that Bursa — historically one of the world’s most important trade centers — accurately interprets this transformation, strengthens its competitive power, and successfully advances its development momentum alongside economic growth. With this vision and the strength we draw from our members, we have been preparing traditional sectors for this profound transformation while also implementing pioneering projects that define the new economy.

Through TEKNOSAB, we have transformed our industrial infrastructure with a focus on high-tech production and exports. With GUHEM, we have inspired our youth to dream boldly in the fields of space and aviation. Through Bursa Business School, we are cultivating future leaders, while BUTEKOM supports value-added production and R&D. MESYEB enhances workforce qualifications, and our Energy Efficiency Center promotes sustainable manufacturing.

These projects are manifestos of transformation that integrate global trends — from digitalization and sustainability to qualified human resources and advanced technologies — into Bursa’s development journey. As BTSO, we design all our projects on the foundation of collective wisdom and continue building a stronger Bursa together.

The “Century of Türkiye” vision, which will shape the second century of our Republic, can only be built through production, exports, employment, and innovation.
