Guided by the proverb “Time is money,” and believing that our members’ time is valuable and that any loss of time harms our economy, we are committed to delivering services to our members in the shortest and fastest possible time.In line with the rule of law and legal regulations, we always prioritize the interests of our members in every service we provide. We strive to minimize service errors to zero with a quality-oriented approach, maximize member satisfaction, and continuously improve in order to achieve our planned goals. To reach our objectives, we set quality targets and closely monitor them, embrace quality as a shared value among all personnel, provide training to ensure understanding, comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System, and continuously improve its effectiveness.

Ethical Principles
As the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, we believe that high ethical standards must be maintained in the workplace. This policy applies to all employees and managers of our Chamber and aims to create a work environment based on professionalism, honesty, and respect.Honesty and Transparency: Employees must act honestly, openly, and accurately in their relations with members and other stakeholders. Providing misleading information or making false statements is strictly prohibited.
Fairness and Equality: Equal opportunities must be provided to members. Discrimination based on race, gender, age, ethnic origin, religion, disability, or any other grounds is not tolerated.
Confidentiality and Privacy: Employees and managers must protect the confidential information of the Chamber and its members. Internal information should only be shared with authorized persons.
Conflict of Interest: Personal interests must not conflict with workplace responsibilities. Employees are required to immediately report situations that may create a conflict of interest to their managers.
Unfair Competition and Corruption: Our Chamber strictly rejects corruption, bribery, unfair competition, and all other illegal or unethical behavior.
Professionalism: Employees must demonstrate a professional attitude both in the workplace and in their external relations. This includes respect, tolerance, and cooperation.
Social Responsibility and Environmental Awareness: The Chamber is committed to acting responsibly toward society and fulfilling its duty to protect the environment.
