To the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry; the following information that you have provided by
applying in person, registering online, or sending via email;
Name-Surname, Company Name, Turkish ID Number, HES Code, Your Position in the Company, and Contact Information;
• Confirmation of your participation in the fair, business trip, or meeting,
• Determination of the number of participants for statistical purposes,
• Providing information regarding the fair, business trip, and meeting,
• Carrying out the service procurement processes of our institution,
• Determining whether you are in the Covid-19 risk group and reducing the risk of the spread of the disease within the scope of measures taken to protect public health,
• Ensuring your security;
Your data are processed only for the purposes stated above and are not shared with third parties,
except for our institution’s affiliates, the companies organizing the relevant travel and their employees,
and legally authorized authorities.
These personal data are processed based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Law, namely
“Explicitly stipulated by laws”, “Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation”,
and “Being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the
fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”.
They are processed via email through automated means or through non-automated means by presenting identification
during an in-person application.
You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of the data subject,
in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”,
in writing to the following address of our institution:

On the other hand, when necessary, photographs, videos, and audio recordings may be taken by authorized personnel
of the institution during the fair, business trip, or meeting, or during meeting breaks, to be used in the institution’s
printed/visual publications, internet platforms, and social media accounts.
