Membership fees, document fees, and payments for other services made through our institution's website by credit card or debit card are collected electronically.

It is the user's responsibility to review and verify the transaction details and payment amount before completing the payment process.

Membership fees paid shall not be refunded except where required by applicable legislation or decisions of the authorized governing bodies.

In the event of a duplicate payment, technical error, or overpayment, the relevant amount may be refunded following a written application by the payer and the completion of the necessary review.

No refund will be made for transactions where a document has been issued, an application has been processed, or the provision of the relevant service has commenced.

Refund requests must be submitted to our institution in writing together with the payment receipt and relevant transaction details.

Approved refunds will be credited to the same credit card or debit card used for the original payment, in accordance with banking procedures.
