BTSO Culinary Academy
BTSO Culinary Academy was established by BTSO to meet the growing demand for qualified, professional, and well-trained workforce in the food and beverage, service, tourism, and hospitality sectors. As the first initiative of its kind among chambers of commerce and industry in Türkiye, the Academy provides both theoretical and hands-on training in culinary arts and gastronomy, delivered by expert instructors and industry professionals.

BTSO Culinary Academy collaborates closely with more than 3,000 BTSO member businesses operating in the sector, including hotels, catering companies, cafés, restaurants, and dining establishments. Training programs are offered in 11 different fields, including pastry chef, assistant pastry chef, entrepreneurial pastry chef, chef, assistant chef, entrepreneurial chef, pizza making, döner preparation, pita baking, baklava production, and food and beverage management. As a result of these programs, an average of 600 individuals gain employment opportunities each year.

As the largest training kitchen in Türkiye with its advanced technical infrastructure, BTSO Culinary Academy also carries out various social responsibility projects in collaboration with organizations such as the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) and the Bursa Eskişehir Bilecik Development Agency (BEBKA). These initiatives primarily focus on increasing employment opportunities for disadvantaged groups, particularly women and young people.
