Model Factory
Bursa Model Factory was established under the leadership of BTSO, in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Technology and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), to guide SMEs in their lean transformation, digitalization, and energy efficiency processes.
Providing training and consultancy services based on experiential learning techniques and operational excellence principles in the field of production, Bursa Model Factory operates within the Demirtaş Organized Industrial Zone (DOSAB) on a total area of 1,600 square meters. Equipped with a real production line, its machinery park consists of domestically produced laser cutting machines, press brakes, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, industrial robots, and autonomous vehicles. The facility also incorporates energy efficiency applications within its modular structure.
As Türkiye’s second competency and digital transformation center, Bursa Model Factory contributes significantly to increasing the international competitiveness of industry by enabling productivity transformation through learn–transform programs and digital transformation services.
