Our UR-GE and HİSER Projects
BTSO, with the aim of strengthening Bursa business community’s position in international markets, implements International Competitiveness Development (UR-GE) and Enhancing Service Sector Competitiveness (HİSER) projects with the support of the Ministry of Trade.
As the institution that carries out the highest number of UR-GE and HİSER projects simultaneously in Türkiye, BTSO supports its members seeking to export while also strengthening the international competitiveness of companies. Through these projects, millions of dollars in funding have been mobilized across sectors such as space, aviation and defense, rail systems, baby and children’s apparel, machinery, food, textiles, composites, chemicals, tourism, automotive, and construction. To date, 48 projects have been implemented, benefiting more than 1,700 companies, and thousands of international buyers have been brought together with member firms through promotional activities conducted across five continents. BTSO also provides pre-financing support to companies participating in UR-GE and HİSER project activities.
