TEKNOSAB Bursa Technology Organized Industrial Zone

Aiming to increase Bursa’s high-technology production and export capacity, BTSO continues to implement projects that strengthen the city’s industrial infrastructure. During a period when the foundations of the new industrial revolution were being laid, TEKNOSAB, Türkiye’s first high-technology organized industrial zone, was established under the leadership of BTSO.

Designed in line with the next-generation industrial approach adopted worldwide, TEKNOSAB features a knowledge-based, high value-added production structure and is leading Bursa’s industrial transformation. With its modern infrastructure, smart factory facilities, and renewable energy resources, TEKNOSAB enables efficient production while providing significant logistical advantages through its direct connections to highways, railways, and ports.

Guided by the vision of “Domestic, Innovative, and Green Production,” TEKNOSAB was prepared for investment and production in a record period of just four years. The project, cited by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan as a model for Türkiye, is also preparing to host the TEKNOSAB Logistics Technopark Project, the most comprehensive logistics hub in the South Marmara Region, which will be established through a venture capital investment fund model.
